Fish

Baked Sea Bass
(makes 4 servings)
| 1/2 | cup low fat mayonnaise |
| 2 | teaspoons Dijon mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon prepared horseradish |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
| freshly grated pepper |
| 4 | 5-ounce sea bass fillets, boned and skinned |
| 4 | tablespoons breadcrumbs |
| butter flavored refrigerated cooking spray |
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, and pepper. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and coat each with 1/4 of the mayonnaise mixture
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Coat with butter flavored spray. Bake for 20 -25 minutes until the fish is opaque.
