Fresh Garden Salad
(makes 4 servings)
|1||quart (1 l) fresh garden lettuces (we like a combination of radicchio, arugula, bibb, and oakleaf)|
|2||tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lemon juice|
|1||tablespoon (15 ml) hazelnut or olive oil|
|1||teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard|
|1||tablespoon (15 ml) minced fresh herbs (combination of basil, chives, mint, and thyme)|
- Combine the lettuces in a serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Drizzle over greens and toss to coat evenly right before serving. Makes 4 servings.
