1small head of romaine lettuce, washed, crisped, and chopped
3tablespoon (45 g) low-fat plain yogurt
2tablespoons (30 ml) white wine vinegar
1tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
1/2teaspoon (2.5 ml) crushed dried oregano
1/2teaspoon (2.5 ml) crushed dried thyme
1tablespoon (5 ml) chopped fresh parsley
  1. Arrange equal portions of chopped romaine on each of 4 salad plates.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Drizzle the mixture over the romaine and serve.
