Honeydew Melon with Lime
(makes 4 servings)
|1/2||medium honeydew melon, about 2 pounds (960 g), cut into 4 wedges, rind removed|
|grated zest and juice of 1 fresh lime|
- Place each wedge on a dessert plate.
- Top each with some of the zest and sprinkle on the lime juice. Serve at once.
