Honeydew Melon with Lime

1/2medium honeydew melon, about 2 pounds (960 g), cut into 4 wedges, rind removed
grated zest and juice of 1 fresh lime
  1. Place each wedge on a dessert plate.
  2. Top each with some of the zest and sprinkle on the lime juice. Serve at once.
