Fresh Fruit Sorbet

If you are looking for a refreshing, healthy, delicious dessert or intermezzo, this is the one. Fast and easy and a real crowd pleaser. If you have kids, big or little, they'll love this one. So start throwing that extra ripe fruit, cleaned, peeled, pitted, into freezer-proof containers and freeze. You won't regret it!
Prep time: 15 minutes
|1||banana, peeled and frozen|
|1||cup strawberries, stemmed and frozen|
|1||cup fresh squeezed orange juice, or your fruit juice choice|
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, processing until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a freezer container and freeze until firm.
- To serve, scoop into 4 dessert dishes and serve.
