Cream Cheese Frosting
|2||6-ounce (180 g) packages low-fat cream cheese|
|reserved pineapple juice from cake|
|5||tablespoons (38 g) confectioners' sugar|
|2||teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract|
- In a food process or blender, or using an electric mixer and a bowl, combine all ingredients and process or beat until smooth.
- Spoon into a serving bowl to offer alongside the cake. Makes about 2 cups.
