About Lisa Brown, RD, LD, CDE

Lisa Brown is a registered, licensed dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She has owned her own private practice and is co-founder of BrownFox Solutions, LLC. Lisa has worked as a hospital administrative and clinical dietitian, a consultant in nursing homes and group homes, and as part of an eating disorders team and diabetes education team.

Lisa has also worked as a public health dietitian for the WIC program with special needs children. She has provided nutrition education at local health fairs and presentations. She is on the speaker’s bureau for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and the Diabetes Education Consultant Team for Abbott Diabetes Care. Lisa was the Information Link editor for the Minnesota Consultant Dietitians, and she is the Diabetes Expo Program chair for the American Diabetes Association.
